Architecture should be easy to understand, functional, beautiful, and comfortable
Good architecture is a conversation between a building and its landscape, a dialogue between human needs and the world around us.

About me

I live partly in the Czech Republic and partly in Bali. For this reason, my work is influenced by both European and Balinese elements.
I am an authorised architect with many years of experience working full-time in medium-sized offices in Prague and Great Britain, and as a self-employed architect living and working between the Czech Republic and Bali, Indonesia.
I studied at the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague. I worked at architectural firms in Prague and Birmingham, UK.
For many years I have been self-employed and a freelancer. I have worked and continue to work with architectural firms, but I also work on my own as an independent professional.
I offer a complete service: from initial study, through building permit and construction implementation project, to interior design including workshop drawings, mainly for carpenters. I can also handle communication with authorities and obtaining the necessary approvals.
I always think about the practical side of things—maintenance and cleaning. That’s the perspective I use when choosing materials. I try to prioritize natural materials, but not at the expense of practicality.
